Copyright infringement notices

StudyHub respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content available through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice that includes the information required by applicable law (for example, under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act).

What to include. A valid notice typically identifies the copyrighted work, the material you believe is infringing and where it appears, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

Designated agent. Publish the name, mailing address, and email of your designated copyright agent here when you operate this site in production, as required by your jurisdiction.

Counter-notification. If you believe material was removed in error, you may be able to submit a counter-notification as provided by law. We may share counter-notices with the original complainant.

Repeat infringers. We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers where appropriate and legally permitted.
